CodySoft™ is web-based and requires no installation.
Compatible browsers include Internet Explorer 8 or higher (PC), Safari 3.1 or higher (Mac), and Firefox 3.6.12 or higher (PC/Mac).

What is the CodySoft™ implementation timeline required for a fully operational system?
This can vary and is dependent upon a number of factors, including the size of your organization as well as the number of plans and users you have. Tasks within the implementation timeline include acquiring a thorough understanding of your current organization, workflow processes and procedures; training your staff; setting up, customizing and testing the system; loading projects and rules; and going live.

What CodySoft™ training is provided for users?
Initial training is conducted on-site by your assigned CodySoft™ implementation team manager. Like our implementation process, training is tailored to meet the unique needs of your environment.
We begin by training your selected CodySoft™ systems administrator on all system functions. Next, we train your communications/marketing staff on areas specific to their roles. Finally, we train users from other departments, such as compliance and regulatory staff.
CodySoft™ is easy to learn; and training is non-intrusive to your staff’s daily activities.
What about CodySoft™ support?
No need to worry. During training and implementation, our staff will be available on-site as needed to check system performance, answer questions and address any challenges your organization may have regarding the application. Our agents are also on-call to answer your questions Monday through Friday from 8AM – 5PM. After implementation, CodySoft™ staff can be available to assist on-site should the need arise. Annual updates are available, as state and federal guidelines change.
How does CodySoft™ address reliability, security and confidentiality needs?
The makers of CodySoft™ have over 30 years of combined experience in the highly-regulated managed care environment. We are familiar with the regulations surrounding these challenges. State and federal regulations (including HIPAA) were considered during the creation phase of our product.

CodySoft™ is password-protected with specific access granted through administrative permissions.
Our software is housed in a U.S. -based data center managed by a professional hosting entity. Infrastructure performance is managed and supported by this entity which includes daily system backups, disaster recovery preparedness, and hardware and core network fail-over. Infrastructure, such as servers, routers, and network connectivity in and out of the data center is guaranteed to exceed 99.9% system availability. This hosting entity was chosen because of these practices and the strength of its data center operation.
Our data center was constructed adhering to the most stringent industry standards. Construction methodology, security protocols, air conditioning and temperature, power (and backup), fire suppression and network/bandwidth all meet and/or exceed industry best practices.
